Oil Tank

The oil tank is normally manufactured as per the design specification and material of construction i.e. steel, stainless steel. The process involves cutting to size, bending as per drawing, welding and fitting the tank top as per the design. Finally prepare and finish various openings as per the given design. We also have standard pressure die casted Aluminum tanks up to 120 liter volume as well.

Pump – Motor Station

Assembly according to design specifications for stress free operation and vibration damping during operation.

For better alignment and ease of maintenance foot cum flange motors are preferred, we also have compact pumping system design eliminating need of bell housing and coupling for machine tool segments.

Manifold Block

Manifold blocks are the critical parts in any hydraulic system. Highest care taken for cleaning, deburring and assembling through various tools including torque wrenches.

The raw material for Manifold Block is certified for material composition and defects if any through non-destructive process.

Various materialsoffered according to application i.e. GGG40/50, Stainless Steel, ST 52-3, AISI4130, C 45 and aluminum (6061-T6).

Other test and certification may be arranged according to contractual agreements.

All the manifold blocks manufactured are flushed and washed, before and after the coating process.

Various surface protection treatments are possible according to contractual agreement.

Piping Layout & Final Assembly

This process involves fixing of Pump Motor Station, Manifold Block suitably and interconnecting them as per the circuit drawing using various pipes and fittings to suite. The route is selected considering easy access for servicing of various hydraulic components for commissioning or trouble-shooting.

For preparing a dependable tube joint a state of the art facility as Tube Forming is done. This is preferred over the manual one since relatively lower dependency on individual’s skill, the joint preparation is very fast and able to withstands very high pressure and spikes ensuring 100% leak free OR dry installation. Dry installation means no oil pollution of subsoil and no top-up of oil.

Testing of the Complete Assembly

This involves testing of the assembly for confirmation of their individual and collective function. Essentially the same should match with customers’ performance target. The extensive testing of the complete assembly ensures no trouble during the commissioning at the customers’ end.

COMMISSIONING & TRAINING

This is done on request from the customer. The team for in-house testing is trained enough to attend commissioning as well as servicing.

Strong support extended by servicing of Voith internal gear pumps and Nachi pumps and valves.
