The major process elements are generally as under.

• Understanding and Analyzing the customer’s input!
• Calculations of input data viz. force, speed and other machine related kinematics for arriving at required output form as pump flow, pressure as well as controls to be applied etc is done to ensure correct percolation of design to application satisfaction.
• Transform the output in hydraulic circuit diagram to suit application using mainly customized software.
• Selection of components based on suitability, availability and brand acceptability by the customer for the offer documents. Mainly, the major hydraulic components from VOITH, NACHI, SUN, VIVOIL etc, depending on the application performance demand and acceptability.
• On receipt of the order, preparing detail General arrangement drawings, using INVENTOR software, for the entire unit to get customer’s approval and correcting the same on the receipt of comments by the customer, if any.
• Part drawings for manufacturing then prepared and released for further process.
• Detailed design of Manifold block using specially customized software ensuring the correct wall thickness, low pressure drop, connectivity and flow parameters. Then releasing through ‘V-CAM’ tool for computer aided manufacturing to our Machine shop.
• Updating the hydraulic circuit, bill of material and other drawings, As-built, for the final documentation at the time of dispatch/commissioning, with all the inputs from our testing team and considering the changes from customer, if any.
