In-house Facilities implementing Good Manufacturing Process:

- 1.Central Filtration Plant: The oil filtration plant enables to filter the oil to required NAS class so as to ensure pure oil for testing ensuring no damage to parts. As a knowledgeable manufacturer we do not intend to damage new parts by using unfiltered oil.
- 2Wal forming machine: This machine completely eliminates the need of joints to be welded by forming at the ends ensuring no leakage at joints and the use of ferrule is also eliminated. It provides the ease of serviceability as with wall formed parts, only the seal has to be changed and no need to replace the pipe.
- 3Bending machine: The pipe bending machine is assigned for bending pipe as per recur bending so as to ensure turbulence free flow of the oil.
- 4Pickling facility: The pipes to be used are pickled and passivity to ensure no metal chip or debris remaining in the system
- 5Deburring Facilities: Manually and Pneumatically; special tools used for the most important deburring process and a dedicated equipment for pneumatic deburring
- 6Manifold Block Cleaning System: A closed chamber of dedicated cleaning machine with high pressure multi-jet water solvent at temperatures of around 80 deg C, with cleaning and degreasing chemicals /agents, used to clean the manifold block before assembly ensuring no chips or small particles are remaining inside the machined hole corners.
- 7Painting facility: There is a dedicated paint shop with large shades of industrial paint in stock to ensure best protection from rusty environment etc and sophisticated painting achieving the specified DFT.
- 8Manifold /Valve test bench: This helps to check manifold block with large number of pressure/tank ports simultaneously. Also, could able to assess the valve performances as complete block assembly. Individual testing of blocks and valves before the final assembly is done. Also, helpful for our service team.
- 9Pump test bench: Mainly used for our pump service and to analyse pump performance w.r.t the volumetric efficiency. Voith servo pumps could also being tested here.
- 10Quality control: All the fabricated structures are inspected carefully with high precision instruments, Dye Penetration test etc so as to ensure no leakages from the joints. Each component manufactured at FLSPL is checked separately in our Quality Control and Testing area. Our QC department extensively use inspection gauges to test our manifolds and cartridges.
- 11Storage control: Dedicated proper storage for pipes to raw materials to hydraulics components to finished products, ensuring the life.
- 12High pressure N2 charging system: It is used for charging accumulators at a high pressure.
